"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Our freezer broke the first week of February so we called Argyle Refrigerator Repair (A.K.A. ARGYLE WASHER AND DRYER REPAIR, APPLIANCE DOCTOR). The lady on the phone was responsive and the gentleman who came to do the repair was very nice. The problem: we paid in full for a part that did not work, we have requested our money be refunded (minus $90 service call fee) but have been unsuccessful in our attempts. Please note that there is no physical address given on any of the websites and that there are SEVERAL phone numbers - all answered by the same person. This is May 16th, we just want our money back"
