"Beto and his team were great. My condo is very tall and had no access to the roof. Beto was able to come with a lift and take care of my AC unit. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. My neighbor shares the roof with me and had a similar problem. They fixed her unit too on the same day! "I started using this company 5 years ago. I came to know them because my homeowners warranty company sent them out. Before I started using Comfort Ice Box I used another company and that company said my HVAC needed to be condemned because it was leaking and couldn’t be repaired. So I called home warranty people and they notified Comfort Ice Box. The owner is Beto and he came out. He took the time to leak check everything and found the leak. It was a $26 dollar part. Ever since then I have Comfort Ice Box come to service the unit in March every year so if there’s a problem, he can fix it before summertime. The home warranty also requires yearly service as well. This past March I decided to have Beto install a new unit, a heat pump, instead of the regular type system I had and my old unit was 22 years old by then. Beto from Comfort Ice box told me all the choices I had and I choose the unit brand and he took care of everything else. The unit was installed quickly (half day), professionally, properly and works excellent. It has 10 year parts warranty from manufacturer and Beto will continue to come yearly and keep it serviced so I get maximum efficiency from the unit to save electricity cost and get maximum life cycle performance for the unit. I trust Beto and he has not let me down. Comfort Ice Box prices are fair, he’s never gouged me. He gives price break for early season servicing too. He tells me the truth. He’s my HVAC man for now on. Pics of his new installation he did for me. Well done job. One of those hoses you see is the soaker hose, lol. "Comfort Ice Box saved the day after we had to request a new company through our warranty. They came out within a day and had the circuit board and motor fixed within just a couple of days (Most of this was due to waiting on approval from the warranty company). These guys are extremely fast, especially thorough, and explain everything well. I don’t have the ability to review on pricing, but customer service was definitely amazing and professional. 10/10 would recommend."
