"Our furnace stopped working, of course the day that we hit sub 0 windchills. I called Coates and they were able to come out within a few hours. Our technician was Adam, and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within 10-15 minutes. He didn't have the part that our furnace needed to be fixed on his truck, it had to be ordered (no fault of his own) but he was extremely apologetic. The next day the shop kept me very informed of when the part would arrive, and gave me a text update that Adam would be out between 5pm-7pm. He was at our home at 5pm exactly, and fixed our furnace in under 20 minutes. We are very thankful to have heat, and would recommend this company, and Adam for any HVAC needs."

"The sales and install teams were very friendly, courteous, and efficient during the initial meeting and install of our new unit. The install team rank high as one of the nicest crews I have ever had in my home. There was damage to my home when someone from the install team accidentally stepped through my ceiling which resulted in a very large hole in my ceiling and damage in another area of the house. The install team assured us there would be a manager calling to schedule an onsite visit to evaluate the repairs. Six full days have passed and a manager has yet to call, come by or evaluate the damages. The office manager "has 15 years of experience" but lacks a sense of urgency in providing timely and professional communication and relies on automated texting software to communicate. No one from the company has addressed the damage to our home except the very apologetic install crews. If someone had addressed us immediately with care and concern regarding the damage, I would be more willing to leave a high review."
