"Very disappointed, I have been bringing my pets here for 10 years and the last two times they have come back to me with injuries that the resort was either not aware of or had no explanation for! I don't know what is going on here anymore but there is NO concern for the pets or ownership being taken. You are paying for the care and well-being of your animals and that is NOT what is being offered. Sincerely, I would elsewhere for a business that cares for your pets."

"1 time my dogs came home happy, however I wanted to know if my dogs liked something and I was informed they charge $5 for proof they actually did the “extras” you paid for. Makes me believe they are lying and pocketing the rest. Bad customer service there, if you charge for a service, proof they liked it would cost you nothing to do digitally. Of course I deduct stars for that, however my huge complaint is my dog came home vomiting for a couple days after their stay there. Something is suspicious with this place. Very sad and disappointed since they were so close to us."

"Have been taking my pets here for a number of years and very satisfied with the care they have received. Facilities are clean and staff super friendly. I currently have Jack Russell pup who has so...much energy and loves coming here for boarding and day camp. Yesterday when I picked him up the staff gave him a couple of stuffed Christmas toys to take home (pic). Thank you FS for taking such good care of Ozzie."
