"The tech shows up without a courtesy call, even when you request for one. The first time he came out, said the housing around the condenser fan was warped. He bent it and said should be fine. That quick fix lasted 4 weeks. I called NFM warranty again and they sent Pro-Cam again. There was so much noice from construction next door and he showed up late. Same time as a delivery I had that day. Said he couldn’t hear the condenser fan making the grinding noise again. I said so loud right now, hard to hear anything. He said I should get a 2nd opinion. I told him, remember when you said it was warped and you did that quick fix? He got offended when I said quick fix. He left and still having the same issue with warped housing around the fan, which he knew about from the first time!!"

"Lowe’s warranty service assigned them to evaluate my whirlpool dishwasher. They contacted me the next day and I described the problem. The technician was convinced it was the control board which had to be ordered. Not good. But what was odd is the technician did not deem it necessary to come over to check the system for himself. Bad idea. The part took nearly a month to come in. Meanwhile we still didn’t have a working dishwasher. The part came in and we set an appointment. He arrived, asked what the problem was, had me try to run a cycle, listened, and then said it wasn’t the board after all. What! After nearly a month he now tells me he was wrong. He could have said that a month earlier and ordered the RIGHT part. But no, all he did was apologize. Well I apologize to my wife for trusting this company. If I ever need repair service again I’ll make sure NOT to use Pro-Cam Appliance."

"I would give it no stars if possible. Came out to repair my dryer, said he could hear the noise but would not even take the time to see what the problem was because he can’t diagnosis the problem since it wasn’t giving a code. So he would not even look at the unit. Then told us we needed to clean out the dryer vent that it was full and and that it was located in the attic which is false because it’s vent out the side of the house. What a joke and a waste of my time. I called my warranty company and they stated that was not right, so they are sending out a different company since this one can’t do there job."

"Tim with Pro-Cam is probably one of the least friendly and customer-centric individuals I have had to deal with. We had to have them come out multiple times in an attempt to repair our television. We had the audacity to have a death in the family and you would have thought that we inconvenienced him that we had to reschedule. Not only that, they canceled the repair and we had to open a new request to get them to come out. On a final repair attempt before we could get the TV replaced, he would call and provide us with less than 24 hours to have someone onsite and have the TV off the wall for repair. When we attempted to get more advanced notice they simply canceled our repair again. Now we are working with the manufacturer again to get this TV replaced and they sent us to Pro-Cam. According to the manufacturer, Pro-Cam canceled our request stating that we had canceled. This is simply untrue. Beware if you have to work with Pro-Cam."
