"Needed to get 2 tires. Started by calling the burleson location to see what they had in stock the day I was going. Lady on the phone said they had 2. Get there and they say they can’t find them. Then he looked again and said they have them but they’re reserved for someone online. Then he looked in the system to see which other stores have the tires I need and found that the cleburne store had 10 in stock and that would be my best bet. So I drove 30 min to cleburne. Guy in the garage immediately came up to me asking what I was there for. Told him 2 tires. This was 30 min before closing. He turned and yelled into the garage “we’re not going home yet” then told me to go inside to pay. The guy inside looks it up in system, shows they have 10 in stock. He went to look to make sure said he only found one. Then went to garage to look for another and came back saying nope only one. I asked why the system shows they have 10 he said it was wrong. The system is only as good as the person inputting the data. Will never buy tires at Walmart. The system is only as good as the person inputting the data. Do BETTER WALMART!"

"If you request them to call you when your vehicle is done don't count on it. Even if you need locks removed and they won't even touch it. They push it to the side and treat you as just another number. Even after buying 4 new tires, lifetime balance and rotate, and road hazard. Should just went to pepboys or supported a small business instead. Both managers in the auto center really don't care if they waste your whole Day. Or more or less your only free day to take care of errands. I could have been called made it to retrieve my vehicle. Make it to a tire shop in town to have the locks removed or to dodge since they have a master lock remover set. Still making it back within plenty of time for them to look at the tpms sensor and the bad balancing job they did on my front tires. The original reason I came back or I'd still be on the road. Wonder if they'll even read this message?"
