"Brought in a bag of DVDs and they were going to give me $.72 for all of it. Said everyone's bringing in their movies cause they're switching to streaming. Yet they've got the same types of DVDs on their shelves for $3-$10 each. The staff was nice about it, which is why I gave them a 2 star."

Then corrected herself when she saw that we were at the new release section. Normally we have somewhat good experiences but the attitude was unnecessary."
