"The first visit was fine with dog. No issues. Though there was no explanation of how the facility works. No one explained I had to pay extra to have my dogs played with on top of what I was already paying to board them. This past time when I brought both I asked for my dogs to play in group play because they had been automatically out in individual play in the past. I was not made aware that playing with all of the dogs would be an extra charge. If I had known that I would not have asked for it. So when I arrived to pick up my dogs and my bill was $50 more than it normally was I was definitely surprised. When I addressed this with the staff there was no effort to apologize for the confusion. If you’re paying for boarding you shouldn’t have to pay extra to have your dogs played with. That should be standard in the price."

Please continue to bring them business so that they can continue with their help to give someone the chance to get back on their feet and not having to get rid of pets that become our family. "Our doggies have been going to Cowboy Kennels for years. We love the place and our girls get so excited to go see their friends. One of my dogs has to take her own food and they are so accommodating. Be sure and tell them what you need them to do for your dogs. They do not know if you do not tell them or write it down. I would highly recommend Cowboy Kennels. We are scheduled through the summer when we have trips."
