"Been here several times. Made a day camp reservation. Brought proof of updated vaccines. The girl wanted to call to confirm that handwritten receipt on local vet's forms were valid. Vet was closed so she wouldn't take my dog per Petsmart's policy that she couldn't call to confirm. Really messed up my day of work meetings and I had to find another place to take him."
"I took my baby girl here today and told them exactly what I wanted they agreed left her at 1pm got her back at a little after 5pm got her home and guess what her nails are not grinder and her fur is gapped in places and I paid a hundred dollars for this never again"
