"Got the back of my lense camera fixed and it cracked after about two hours only from being in my pocket. Best they could do was offer a 50% discount. The people in the store are very kind but the work they did was terrible. I strongly recommend a different place to fix your electronics."
"I've gone twice to get service here. The first time I took my mom's phone because she had a green screen. They inspected it and said it was the screen. They replaced it and they had it ready in less than an hour. Second time, (yesterday) my mom had dropped her phone in some water and she had put it in rice...a rice got stuck in the charging port. I took it to Phone hub and the person working there (didn't ask for a name) was able to remove it in less than five minutes and did not charge me anything. HE DID IT FOR FREE. Thank you very much to the employees. If I ever have another issue with my phone or if someone asks I will definitely send them your way!"
"About a month ago my iPhone XR has a screen issue that another repair shop basically discouraged me in replacing and would not help me that same day. I resorted to this repair shop as a second option and it was the best idea! I highly recommend this place. Their customer service is great, they reassured me they could fix the screen that same day. My iPhone XR screen was fixed within an hour and a half. I was so happy I got to keep my phone instead of buying a new one. In my most recent visit they honored the warranty I had with them and repaired my phone issue at no cost! Awesome place that has earned a loyal customer. Thank you Repair Hub!"
