"Made an appointment for 4 new tires 2-3 weeks ago went into store today and they only have one tire. So what’s the point of making an appointment if they do not have your order ready and they still ask you to call in advance. That is not a professional for any business."

"We've been doing business with Goodyear for years, they are an honest and respectable business. If there's ever an issue they will make it right and not claim that you have to go through hoops and bounds to get a resolution. We will continue to use them for our personal and office vehicles."

"My brake light was burned out so I went by the dealership and was told it would be about $80. but they were very busy. I went by Goodyear and Alex got a bulb and replaced it for free in about ten minutes total. Talk about SERVICE!!! He was incredibly friendly and kind and just won a faithful customer!"

"Update; Just noticed dents in the two rear tires. These are the brand new tires I just got from them. I asked at a different tire shop, apparently they are called bulges and are defective tires. They reccommend I should go back and get them replaced because they may even cause a blow out while driving. So to add on to the negative experiance, They sold me defective tires. Yeah, this plae is not it! I got ripped off! Update, just recieved a phone call from him, saying he was "tasked" to reach out to me to talk about my review. I know they have my information but to go back and look it up and actually phone call me to "talk" about it feels strange. My profile on here is anynymous, so to track down my information and call me, it's unwelcoming. There is nothing to talk about since the damage is done and I don't want them touching our vehicles again. That's it, bottom line. No need for phone calls, The company recieved a bad but Honest review. That's how google reviews works. I gave an honest review of our experiance there, that's it. I am not even a "karen" but honestly to leave both, 2 vehicles with grinding and wobbly noises, the coincedence is too high and experiance is too negative to trust. I would appreciate no more phone calls to me or my niece about this as we will only take it as harrassment and stalking. And I do hate to say all of this. I really do. I wish for a better expericance but again, just being honest. NOPE! Manager will NOT Shut up about hard selling u the damn alingment. Vehicle doesnt need it, yet he won't shut up about hard selling the damn alignment. Took my niece for her truck and me for my car, and both vehicles now make noises we have never heard before. My car now wobbles and makes a wobble noise that is getting worse. My Niece's truck makes a grinding noise. And they scammed her into the damn Alignment! And hard selling her 2 brand new tires that she DOES NOT NEED!!! I myself got 4 new tires, 1 of my prior tires was only 5 months old and he told me to keep it as back up and they would put it in the trunk of my car. Got home and opened my truck, NO tire, I figured honest mistake they forgot, went back the next day to ask him about it and he said, "oh you're going to have to give me some time to find it." He lost my new tire??? He probably sold it on the side then. Gave my niece and I creepy scammy vibes. No Thank You!"
