"Do not go there! I paid $300 to repair my TV. They repaired it and within a month it was out again. I took it back and they repaired it and one month later guess what? The TV is out again! They don't answer the phone and don't follow up. Don't spend your money here not worth it. I should have read the reviews before going there."
"I took in my electric keyboard that had a dead key. They charged me a diagnostic fee (not unusual) and told me they would call with an estimate. They fixed it for a good price (I've never had to have a dead key repaired, so I don't know if the cost was a fair price, but it seemed reasonable). The piano works just as it did when it was new! I'm very happy with their repair job. The reason I'm only giving them 4 stars is because they fixed it before giving me the estimate. If I hadn't been able to afford the cost of the repair and decided not to go forward with the repair job (I realize the diagnostic fee is nonrefundable, understandable), would I have been allowed to take my piano home when the repair that was done had not been authorized by me?"
