"Technician came out and stated that it was a mother board, so I believed them and payed on the spot for majority of the service and replacement part, took them two weeks to get back to me. (They stated that he came the next day to replace the part)which is not true . So as of today they are not covering the warranty, stating the fact that it has been more then thirty days, and instead of stating oh I’m sorry, you know we can send someone out at discounted rate but nope, nothing..sad to say this is a local business that I really really don’t recommend."

However I did one more with smart appliance and boy was I glad I did. They ordered the part and install was quick. Machine is working like a charm now and for a great price!"
"Very unprofessional, especially just two days before thanksgiving for our second refrigerator to go out and not to give a solution just simply say we need to order the part but It won’t be here for 2 weeks just blows my mind how a company is run like this. Highly unsatisfactory also we use choice home warranty and under the claim number it shows the work has been completed and the refrigerator is not working which is false I’ve tried to contact abner but no reply."
"After using another repair service whose employees were watching a youtube video on how to repair the dryer we called Smart Appliance. Smart Appliance repaired the dryer for less than the other company and were very professional. We will be calling them again if there are any other issues with our appliances."
