Years ago he also repaired my refrigerator but had a tougher time of it as the cheaper compressor was used, but he came back to make it right, so I consider him to be a very responsible person who cares about his work."
"Repair tech that came was able to locate the issue in a matter of minutes and even suggested to us to call the company to see if the parts he needed were still under warranty. He gave us some steps to do to get our refrigerator back in running order in the mean time. Thank you again"
"The owner (Mr Vasquez) was super helpful via cell chat. He even told me several trouble items to check allowing me to fix it myself instead of him coming over and have to charge me a Service Call fee. His advice was genuine & I fixed myself & saved $$. I highly recommend him this honest man!"
"He is not 24 hours as advertised. I called him two weeks ago on the weekend when our washer broke and he refused to fix it till Monday. I called him on Monday and he said he didn't have availability till Tuesday. When he came he spoke to my dad and they negotiated. $500 to fix it. Seemed too expensive. I talked to him and he said that it was better due to newer washing machines not being as durable as old washing machines. I accepted. He didn't want to show up to work until the following Monday. With Christmas on the weekend I tried to understand. When he finally showed up he made a mess and didn't even advise us. He left grime all over the front door. I had to call the home owner's insurance to file a claim due to him breaking a corroded pipe and destroying the ceiling and door. He didn't apologize and disrespected our home. The only reason he says he didn't charge us the $500 is due to my dad being a veteran. He charged us $60 for diagnostic. The washing machine is STILL broken. He said the damages he did didn't matter because our home is old. He called my sister a Karen for complaining. He has very good reviews so I'm wondering why he decided to give us such poor service. A waste of our time and money and brought drama into our home."
