"This is an HONEST review from a REAL customer. This establishment really lives up to its name! (Express) as soon as I entered I was greeted and asked if I needed help (first impressions are a MUST!) I asked for Ramiero and right away said that’s me how can I assist you today? I told him that my boyfriend had called him earlier about my iPhone 7 Plus being broken and he knew right away what I was talking about. He said you can drop your phone off with me or you’re more than welcomed to wait here. I dropped off my phone with him. My phone was completely black you couldn’t see Anything on the screen I didn’t have hope for it and I thought he was going to tell me it was a lost cause. Within 20-30 mins he texted me and told me it was ready. I was really surprised when I got there it was charging and we waited for a bit. He knew how to keep the conversation going super outgoing guy really down to earth dude also a big plus for customer service. I saw my phone light up with no damaged screen! It was such a sight to see. He cleaned my phone, took one last look around it put the screen protector on it and handed me my phone. I am soooo please with this business and I definitely recommend them 100% I was charged 48.00 but I told him to keep the 50.00.
