"This place is very, very dirty. I don't mean the normal messiness grooming facilities have; this place is undusted (old, built-up, dust), the weigh station is grimey and more. My dogs fur was shaved horribly unevenly. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"I rarely give and don’t like to give low review to small businesses but I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t mention this. I brought my dog in for a grooming and the guy who has shaved her in the past left a deep cut over her nipple and thigh. It’s been healing very slowly and I’ve had to take her to the vet who gave her low dose antibiotics for the cuts and black marks that started forming over the infected area. He rushed through shaving her to get to the many other dogs in queue, however why is he using a blade without a cover? He could have done significantly more damage. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the cuts until I brought her home and she began licking the affected area. I also asked him multiple times to shave between her toe pads as it’s an area that becomes overgrown and he didn’t. In a way I should be glad because he could have cut her there just as easily. To the owner: please don’t allow your groomers to rush through to get to the next dog, make sure they have enough time and are properly trained and make sure they’re not using a straight blade to skin, that’s extremely dangerous if the groomer is not focused. Suffice to say I’ll never bring my dog back there."
