"My golden doodle had gotten into some dirt at home and her paws were dirty and I didn’t want to bathe her, hence why I brought her here same day than her usual groomer. I called before hand for prices and the lady told me they start off at $65 and go up from there depending on what they see. When I arrived, I pretty much just asked for a bath and a trim and the lady very rudely told me “I will expect the $65 that I told you”, of course I was willing to pay what she told me and more like she said on the phone. I ended up paying around $90 for taxes and tip and it didn’t even look like they trimmed my dog at all. She had knots behind her ears and between her legs which they could have just cut off. On top of that, a few days later my dog developed an ear infection which I’ve never had that issue before with her usual groomer. I’m assuming they left her ears very wet and didn’t dry them well and she developed an ear infection. I’m never taking my dog back to this rude place when I was nothing but nice."
