"Very argumentative owner I had a rsvp for November bc of unforeseen circumstances due to the military I called and rescheduled for Christmas time the owner graciously rescheduled me He DIDNT say well we don’t do this normally or this is a courtesy mind you I made a $50 deposit holding this. Fast forward two days before my scheduled drop off my husband’s flight from the Middle East has yet been delayed this time NOT canceled like it was for Thanksgiving we are just delayed bc of the well known situation over in the Middle East so when the owner calls me back today from my vm I left yesterday I literally tried to explain that I didn’t want a refund can he please hold it and allow me to call him back with a time bc of the delay this man raised his voice went slap off on me telling me they won’t hold my deposit I’ll have to reschedule and make a new deposit I’m trying to explain to him that I wasn’t informed that when I originally scheduled this and I’m damn near in tears bc it seems like no one understands the life of a military spouse trying to push forward and be strong for the kids etc and hold their spouse down at the same time we too need a vacation it got to the point after this grown man going off on me not allowing me to get a word in I tried to tell him OK I’ll just make a new rsvp and do the deposit again bc I understand even though I don’t but ok… he Hung the phone up in my face so disrespectfully I never curse at him or got loud bc my kids are in the next room and this whole trip was suppose to be a secret/ surprise for them I don’t know if the language barrier(Asian) was the cause of his attack when it wasn’t even necessary I just can’t I’m literally crying tears now bc I feel so not heard"

"Friendly, caring, and helpful staff took amazing care of my giant baby (Kane Korso) who is a very aggressive dog by the way; she came back healthy and happy. I received photos daily to easy my mind while away from her and for the first time- had peace of mind knowing she was well taken care of. Their facility was very clean and all animals were well taken care of. I look forward to using this place again when I travel. To my surprise the owner said my dog was a sweet girl who did very well. I was worried that they would not accept my sweet but very protective dog but the owner is a dog trainer and handles ALL animals very well."

"Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I travel monthly and take our senior dogs here while we are gone. The owner and employees truly care for the animals. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my babies. The owner sends me photos and updates every other day for extra peace of mind. The kennels are large and allow the dogs to go outside in their own fenced in area during the day. They are never without water and they turn on the heat on cold nights for the pups. :-)"

"This was my first time boarding all 4 of my animals (2 dogs and 2 cats). Every boarding facility was completely booked or not taking new customers. I called Paradise Boarding and came out to visit the next day and signed them up immediately! I had to leave for work for 2 weeks during thanksgiving week. This place is affordable and has such an amazing owner!!! I was given updates with photos every few days. My animals always seemed super happy. I was able to bring my own beddings and items from home which I think helped a lot too. I loved the indoor/outdoor suites and glad my babies could all stay together. I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my babies!!!"
