"Edward Jones manages our retirement accounts based on our expectation, and have exceeded our expectations.  Our channel of communication is through Jordan, who provides a personalize approach to select the best investment package that fit our needs. Because we live overseas, it is especially critical we have a committed financial advisor who can service our needs, internationally.  We’ve set up a routine phone conference (usually once a quarter) or in urgent situation (market selloff as example) with Jordan, and in prep for those conversations he would proactively send news letters that outline Edward Jones inside prospectives and outcome projections. In addition, Jordan analyzes our income and projected spending so we can allocate the investments accordingly. One example is when we need cash overseas, Jordan assisted us by: 1) Reserve cash for emergency use based on our spending pattern “proactively”, so we can sell funds at it’s peak as one way to maximize our investment. 2) Transfer the funds to our oversea bank in a timely manner, with his upper management on the phone conference, to ensure the money transfer is based on our quantity and timing of the money transfer. We know we are in good hands with Jordan and Edward Jones, and trust their ability to manage our retirement accounts so that my wife and I can spend more time and efforts on other things, like traveling without having to worry about managing our retirement funds."
