"We were the first appointment of the day. The employee working there, Marie, was pleasant but SLOW. It seemed like she hadn’t done this very often, and we were filing with no itemization at all. When we were finally finished, the Clover payment processing system wasn’t working. It took about 30 minutes of her calling back and forth for help until they finally took payment over the phone. There was another 20 minutes of unnecessary conversation. The whole process took almost 2 hours for a simple tax return. We won’t be back!"
