"Letty is the branch manager. Very rude and poor customer service. I asked for a transaction history and needed it signed dated and stamped with the Bank of America stamp. She refused. She said it could only be stamped. I said it was done before at this loss by a gentleman, for The Texas Department of Human Services. He was helping a customer. Letty felt it was important to stop the gentleman from helping a customer and check my story. Very poor customer service from a branch manager. Anyone can steal a stamp. The signature and date was proof that it was printed from the bank. Letty said it was legal reasons, but couldn't explain to me what the legal reason was. I have banked with this company for over 20 years. I have never had anyone refuse to verify a document that came from them. I will NEVER use this branch again. This may not be the bank for me. I need a customer friendly bank, that understands the need for authenticity, when purchasing a home. Letty needs to be retrained and give real reasons why something can't be done."
