"Everyone was so nice and helpful throughout my whole visit, from signing in at the desk to leaving. I was able to create an account and they helped me setup Apple Pay so I can still access the money while waiting for my debit card. The talked me through all of their services and helped me choose the one that worked for me. My go to bank! :)"

"Absolute worst location of any BOA ever visited. We witnessed the “manager” Kwame Agyeman-budu bold face lie to a member (we overhead the convo) and refused to complete their transaction when called out for it. He went from behind the glass, physically approached the client, and stood over them, attempted to force them to leave without completing their transaction and only stopped when they threatened to contact BOA. He then proceeded to sit behind a desk like a child and refuse to answer their questions due to the fact that they threatened to call his superior. 3 other employees were present the entire time but when addressed their nervous looks at Kwame made it apparent they were too scared of him to speak up Additionally, it came to light that the teller during this time decided to peer through the clients personal transactions and even questioned the client regarding their financial decisions?? Would recommend driving 50 miles to another location before ever thinking about stepping foot in here."

"Our nanny went to San Felipe branch (she lives in that area) and they set up an appointment for her at this location. The rep that helped her at the San Felipe location didn’t speak Spanish but managed to get a translator on the phone and helped with setting up an appointment. Today she went to said appointment at this location to be greeted by two people that when she expressed she didn’t speak English, they turned her away saying no Spanish. Literally just turned her away. She was there to set up a new bank account but walked right back out the door with nothing. The fact that they didn’t even bother to try to help her was insulting. Especially because a rep at a different branch was more than willing to get a translator on the phone to provide assistance, and here they were so cut and dry to say no. Will not ever be going to this branch for any business."

"The atmosphere of the bank branch is calm and professional. The staff handles transactions quickly and efficiently. In a clean and organized environment, there is a friendly approach towards customers. The branch provides effective service, promptly addressing needs. I would gladly visit again."
