F-IRS! Tax Technicians

"Horrible place of business, Not only does she get on Facebook and talk about her clients negatively, she’s sent my husband screenshots of her and her book keeper talking inappropriately about us, when we questioned why she deducted more money than what was quoted to us, then she gets on here and makes it seem like we’re scam artist when we have full time jobs and own businesses. LARONYA “Ronnie” is the most classless unprofessional person I’ve ever done business with. I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away from this place. We never told you we weren’t going to pay you, I’m not sure why in your mind you feel that way. We get our taxes done EVERY year and EVERY year we PAY our Tax preparer. But that’s not the issue here. The issue is that you quoted us one price for your fees and then took it upon yourself to extract MORE than said amount. You took money from us without our consent. That is theft LARONYA. You told us you were taking the book keepers fees out of your cut then without telling us decided to take hundreds more from our refund to pay her. We will be taking legal action since you refuse to handle this in a civil professional manner. Thank you for your reply."
