"Right from the front door, I was welcome with a warm smile and greetings. The frontline man asked what I wanted to do and he began helping me right away, then came Jacqueline Howell (got to know her name later) who also made everything so easy for me. She gave quick detailed answers to all my questions and even helped with my deposit. Within a few minutes I was done. Thanks for your great services."

"I was waiting in line for 15 minutes since there were no tellers inside the bank. No one came to ask me for help and when i asked the branch manager, she said she was helping someone and that she was the only teller and just walked off?!?! Samantha came to the rescue when heard the conversation and saw the attitude the manager gave me. Samantha gave me the withdrawal I needed and I was out within minutes. Thanks Samantha.....no thanks to the manager!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. This used to be a great location, with normal bank hours, including Saturdays, and adequate staffing with competent and friendly employees. This is no longer the case. They are open 6 hours a day, 5 days a week only. Always just 1 teller inside and huge lines. Tried to do a simple transaction today after a 20 minute wait in line, and the very frazzled and unfriendly teller told me she did not know how to do this and I would have to wait for a manager or supervisor, and there would be an additional wait. I left. Lots of reviews citing same complaints, and the fact that they have not made the necessary improvements by increasing staff and better trained staff shows they have no commitment to improving and no desire to offer real customer service."
"This bank needs to seriously hire better staff. The tellers are slow and there is only one always working the lines for commercial and customer even though there are several people standing around at a time. When you ask the manager to help you out he waves you off and says they have a schedule system in place. This bank sucks and it sucks. I started bringing my own cash for the registers at my store because I cant afford to wait 20 to 30 minutes in line getting change when I have a store I need to open. Get better management."
