"My dog was having a bad allergic reaction and they didn't even try to make room for her to be seen. Terrible customer service, you can tell they don't really care about the animals. On top of that they stated my dogs leg was fully healed when it was not, I will never return to this location. I'm a vlogger and have a huge social media following, I will let them know how poorly we were treated. You need to make major adjustments this is disgusting."
"Horrible. every time you go you have to wait forever and they are pretty much clueless. If you need actual pet care beyond basic shots do yourself a huge favor and just take them to a real vet clinic. They mark up their services and then "discount them" for members but the chart of fees are absolutely laughable. Their billing practices are quite questionable too, so look at everything very carefully and understand that if your pet dies before the auto renewal they will put the screws to you or send you to collections because you have a wellness contract, even though you cannot use the remaining benefits. They are a horrible company."
"I adopt senior dogs. Senior dogs = lots of vet visits! I am always greeted by name when I come in with my dogs and they are greeted by name as well! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I trust them completely when it comes to the correct care and action for each of my dogs. I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital in Magnolia. These are my rescues."
