"I came to Broadridge as an Examiner and shortly after, I took a more stable position as an inserted. I loved the job and most of my co-workers. The environment is laid back but you have to be hard working. Recently my assignment was ended as retaliation. I worked for 9 months and I NEVER missed a day of work. And I pride myself on maintaining impeccable work ethics. However, if I see something that could potentially hurt myself, others, or the company I'm going to speak out. There are certain politics that come with being employed at this company that changed my mind on becoming a member of their " Family". "BroadRidge is not a place to take your business or want to work. No rules and regulations. Workers are being harassed daily, environment not conducive for work, staff welfare is zero with zero policies/ineffective policies. Just a place filled with liars and hypocrites paying eye/lip services. Look before you limp. Messed up management team."
