"Recent bad experience here. Took my iPhone in for a cracked screen and asked for an after market screen. Paid $250 and immediately noticed my phone’s battery was not holding a charge and the screen jumped around. Took it back in, and they denied that the issues were related to the screen, even though the new problems started as soon as the screen was installed. They offered to work on it again for an additional $150. Took it to a different repair place and was told the aftermarket screen was defective. Paid another $250 for another aftermarket screen. Works great. Went back to Cellular Express and asked for some sort of refund - even $50 would have made it right. No help whatsoever. Refused to refund anything. Won’t be going back."

"I've been delivering to this business since it opened and so I've come to him for repairs many times. Consistently he's been the quickest and the most reasonable phone repair guy in town. Sometimes, he may not have the part you need on some older model phones, but he can order it and it gets in quick. I recommend him to friends or anyone who's said they needed a phone repair and they've also come back happy with the results. I highly endorse this company."

"Please do not take your cell phone to this man. I had a bad experience at Phone Medic, who told me one price and charged me another. So I was already weary about taking my phone to another place. I called every where to find someone who carried my screen. He told me he would have to order it and to pay for half of it the total would be 88. I paid 50 the day I order it. When it came in he called me and I paid him 38 dollar and an extra $1 to put on a protective glass screen I ordered on Amazon. I handed him $40.00 he gave me $1 back. I went to pick it up a few hours later, and he said the screen was defective and that his supplier would express him another one on Friday May 22,2020. This part is my bad because I let him keep my receipt. I went to visit my sister for memorial weekend and he called to tell me my screen was in. I told him I would bring it Tuesday. I dropped it off at 10 am the young man there told me it would take 3-4 hours. I had my friend and my Mom call twice. He told them it was ready at 4:30 pm. I picked it up and my case was warped and the glue was all over the phone. I asked what happened, and he said nothing. I told him I didn't drop it off like that. He said fine he would get me another case and said 38.00, I said NO! I paid you already. He threatened to take the screen off if I didn't pay him. We argued back and forth. I started having a panic attack and begged him to stop lying. He said he didn't remember. Finally, he gave me my phone. I told him I would write a review. So here it is. My friends and family will also write bad reviews. A lesson learned for me. My phone is not working right. Save your money, pay extra, whatever just don't take it to this joker.*** Update 4-26-2021 he said he offered me a refund no!! He refused to give me my phone back and accused me of not paying the full price and when I started to cry and act a fool then he gave me my phone back but did not give me a case after damaging my own do not believe this lying crook."
