"I wanted to find out what is the best policy for my sons health condition. The broker didn't even ask the details regarding his condition and needs and he rushed me into changing into more expensive policy without understanding the nature of my kid health expenses . After I called him back and tried to understand why he suggested the new policy, he actually agreed that I don't need that one and than tried to re enroll me into the cheapest one without discussion of the details of that policy. After I showed confusion , not knowing what to do, He told me really rude that he doesn't have time for this and that I should go online and look up the policies and call me back when know what I want.. So not sure what are the agents for if I got to do all the work myself.."
