"This guy is out of his depth when it comes to doing outdoor kitchens. He may do nice pools but don't waste your time if you're looking for outdoor kitchen. I sent him a picture of exactly what I want. He failed to show up the first day, no call... When he did show up he was completely unprepared, seemed out of his depth. All he had to do was use the picture as the basis of the quote, find out what equipment I wanted, and figure out the dimensions. Apparently that was too difficult. The minute the conversation didn't go the way he liked and especially immediately after he found out that I was getting other bids he folded up his binder and tablet and said he was TOO BUSY. Hey Fritz. If you're too busy, then maybe we can do something about that!"
