"Quoted $90 for service and ended up saying it would be $194 for dryer going out. Had to pay cash and go out of my way to get cash. Didn’t completely fix issue with dryer bc all setting didn’t heat. Wanted to charge more money to come out that’s just bad business. I would never do business with someone who says they aren’t willing to completely fix something I paid for and insist its another part and more labor costs. He didn’t even clean up the mess he made. It was overall a bad experience."
"We woke up to our dryer not working. We called this morning, but they couldn't get to it today. Everywhere else was the same story. Bell ended up calling us back and coming out. He had it fixed quickly and explained everything to us. No gimmicks, no extra bs, just professionalism and hard work. I recommend and will use him again!"
"Charged $130 to come and look at our washer. Popped a $30 part in and called it a day, without checking to see if that actually fixed the problem. It didn't. He then refused to come back out to actually fix our washer. We ended up taking it to him and he said absolutely nothing was wrong with it. After a quick YouTube search, we found the issue and were able to fix the washer ourselves. Thanks for absolutely nothing, Terry."
"I had bought a used washer and dryer set and it was having some minor problems. My usual repair guy had flaked out on me for 2 weeks and I called bell appliance and he was out the very next day. He had the dryer apart in 2 minutes and immediately knew what the problem was and had the parts in his truck. He also pointed out two things that weren't necessarily broken but were worn and are preventative maintenance. He had the parts in his truck as well and he had the whole thing fixed and back together in about 30 minutes for about $100. Excellent service and I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending him to everyone I know."
