"I’ve used this location on 10th st in CR for over 13 years and they have always had very helpful staff… until now! I had an emergency with my bipap on a Friday night. I cannot sleep without this machine so Saturday morning I was there as soon as they opened hoping they could work me in. The gal at the desk said I had to have an appointment for the issue I was experiencing and she looked up the schedule and said it was full and they could make appointment for next week. I replied so I can’t sleep until next week? She said sorry we’re full! The former staff would have done everything in their power to work me in especially since I was the ONLY customer there at the time! I will do everything in my power to take my business elsewhere…. What a shame after 13 years. Update: I called Monday morning and got a very accommodating support staff lady that was willing to try to set up a loaner machine for me during a 15 minute slot she has later today and will notify me if she is able to get it done. So thankful to see the special effort made on my behalf… when I find her name I’ll tell her boss she needs a raise!"

"I got to say anytime you go into a business and you stand there for more than 10 minutes and no one that works there acknowledges you at all. Not a hey. Give me a few moments somebody will be with you. Whether you're working with customers or not. You should always acknowledge any customer that comes in the door at least after a few minutes. That's not what happened here. I literally just turn around and walked out after standing there like an idiot."

"My customer experience at CarePro was outstanding. The staff were very courteous and helpful. After my initial visit to set up my cpap machine, I had some follow-up questions and troubleshooting. I was able to get an appointment promptly and for a couple smaller questions, they walked me through the steps I needed to take on the phone saving me an additional trip. I would like to particularly shout out Sheila, as she was the person I worked with the most. She was so helpful and it was evident she cares about her patients/customers!"
