Supposedly state farm is one of the worst companies to deal with when addressing water related issues. So if you like paying for insurance for decades. Then when you finally need the safety net that is insurance. State farm will not be there. They will put it on you, read your policy to you, pressure you repeatedly to close your claim, tell you if it's denied it will look bad on you! State farm is definitely there for that. Record profits, plenty of money for commercials. When they need to payout you're on your own! Be warned, be smart."

"How many business people would you put on a short list for going above & beyond in their service? I'm guessing it's a pretty short list. Well, Nick Jones and his State Farm agency are on mine. A few years ago I needed some good insurance and I found it with Nick and SF for an excellent price. The insurance has been a lifesaver for flat tires, emergency road, a few busted tail lights, etc. But on a number of occasions Nick, himself, has been a lifesaver for advice on financial matters (that I didn't pay for) that went way beyond the insurance he sold me.
