"I am pleased with the facts that it was easy to book online quickly, choose the groomer and they were on time. Max, my Shitsu seemed happy not stressed when I picked him up. His cut was exactly as I requested which hasn't happened at other groomers. Their fees are higher than other groomers but they have a lot of options."
"Great service, my dog Ezra feels completely comfortable with his groomer, she always gives him treats after shes done. We used to take him to a local groomer but the place was bad, Ezra was afraid of the guy and it was very unprofessional, we rather drive the hour to go to Petco where he loves it!"
"My dog did not have that many tangles so the guy would have done the schnauzer skirt, he just didn't want to work harder... he would even charge $7 more per tangle but he seems not to have thought about it. Gosh! He cut the mustache HORRIBLY like with school scissors, he even made a cut in my dog's cheek. It DOES NOT look professional. Ears and eyebrows are not even. My 5 yo daughter could have done it better with her PK scissors."
