Walgreens Pharmacy

"This pharmacy is a Joke. Not once, not twice, but three times they gave me a brand of my medication that actively causes me pain instead of the one I asked for. The second time they gave me the brand i asked for and made a note I couldn't have the other one, but I don't think they actually did that as the third time I received the bad brand yet again. The third time I got it fixed the pharmacists acted like I was in the wrong and that they had other things to do. Disgusting behavior. Now I have been given the option for them to renew the prescription by contacting my doctor and I'm learning that they still haven't done that and apparently they can't do that for my medication? What a joke. This walgreens pharmacy needs to get their act together. The rest of the walgreens is fine."

"ALL staff are completely incompetent. Every single employee at this pharmacy doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. They desperately need to clean house and start over with a completely new set of employees."

"Had a dreadful experience which makes me nervous. Signed up family for vaccines. Entered everyone's info including birth dates, all seems fine. Received a call day-of appointment stating 4yr old couldn't get the vaccine. Ok. Show up. After some confusion among the pharmacy staff, we were told our six year old cannot get the shot either. "It isn't approved yet." Quick checked the CDC website and the updated shot is approved... something is amiss. Fine, we're already there and can get the adults knocked out. We will figure out the kiddos later. The family ahead of us goes in to get their shots. While we were waiting, my wife and I both see and hear one of the pharmacists hold up a package and ask the other pharmacist if this was a COVID shot or not. There is some back and forth, seems to be confusion... they then decide it is. My wife and I both looked at each other and decided to leave immediately. If you aren't positive, you should throw it away and grab a new dose. Under no circumstances should you not be 100% positive what you are injecting into someone's arm. Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous."

"Pharmacy is always busy. You have to wait most of the time at least 20 minutes in the drive through and inside the store. They seem to always be short handed and to top it off... the pharmacy is closed for lunch from 1:30 - 2:00. This lunch closure is not published in their time schedule."
