"This pharmacy is always understaffed. Today I went and waited and waited and waited while the tech was checking in medications. So a live person standing there is less important than paperwork. Drive thru cars keep getting processed. I work in healthcare, I know it is non-stop. There has to be a better way. Better attitudes among the pharmacy techs would help."
