"If you want to talk to a doctor that actually cares, this is the place to go. Dr Marullo has helped me so much, without the need of medications; that other providers were determined that I "needed," without so much as asking me a single question. He also helped me understand that I had a learning disability my entire life, and never knew it. That alone was like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. His admin staff is absolutely fantastic too. Call ANY other office in the Houston area and you will feel like you are bugging the admin, or worse, like a second class citizen when you tell them you have ZYX insurance; but that's only if you get a live person.. Not here. Kelly is compassionate and takes her time to understand your situation. They are also incredible about working the schedule to best suit you and your needs. Kelly will bend over backwards to get you the best appointment slot in the timeliest manner. No other BH office in the metroplex does that - unfortunately, I know from experience."
