"I am usually not the one to share reviews with providers however this required one. Melissa started off well with my stepson that is 6 that struggles with ADHD/ODD behaviors and then she started cancelling appointments back to back the day off, time of appointment, or 30 minutes before several times. It was expressed to his medication provider that a possible transfer if possible could be looked into due to this not benefiting the minor child at all. the provider AKA Melissa opted to try and blame me and his father for requesting a change in providers over messaging with the minor child's mom; when in fact that is not what had occurred. Highly unprofessional for a Counselor and just provided why a change in providers was needed! As someone who works in mental health and experienced try to pin parents against one another this needs to be reviewed as this is a code of ethics violation and ethical dilemma!"
