"M. Baker was referred to us to treat our autistic daughter. 1st visit, she was 15 minutes late. Upon arrival, there was no apology or thanking us for waiting and no eye contact. "Come on back" was the extent. She proceeded to put our daughter in the autism box with projected behaviors without getting to know her. 2nd visit 15 minutes late again and she came out and said to my wife "I'll see you first," pointing at her, and when I inquired why, she stated, " I can see whomever I want first." When asked about setting expectations for appointment times(therapy 101), she pulled the doctor card. She actually said, "I wait on doctors all the time." To boot, she had an NP waiting to sit in on our visit without requesting our permission or setting our expectations. I did not return. My wife and daughter continued to see Baker for a few more visits until Baker locked them out of the office portal and stopped returning phone calls or text messages (her cell phone was given to my wife). Lacks professionalism. Lacks boundaries (red flag for any type of therapeutic experience) Lacks integrity. Zero regard for continuity of care."
