"I have been using Walmart of Burlington's pharmacy for years. I've gotten to know the staff over the years and they are all great. Unfortunately, Google doesn't let us divide Walmart procedures vs the staff members -most of the negative reviews are related to the way Walmart does business and not the great Wisconsin staff they employ. 5 Stars for Staff! Truly great people."

"We fill our prescriptions here as it's lowest priced in our area, but it's a big hassle. Prescriptions aren't filled in time frame requested, if you walk in w a new prescription be prepared to wait a hour or longer even when not busy. Assistance is generally indifferent, pharmacists can be cranky. If there were someplace less expensive I'd leave Walmart in a heartbeat."

"I have been dealing with this Walmart pharmacy since April with my new insurance. I’ve always gone to Walgreens in the past. But with this new insurance Walgreens is more expensive. Every single time I go in there my prescription is not ready, the people are rude, and not willing to help when something is done incorrectly . Without fail I always end up waiting 30 minutes to an hour for my prescription Which is whatever. But the rudeness is too much. Be nicer & a more empathetic to your customers"

"I will never use the pharmacy in Burlington again. My doc called in prescription on July 3rd, 2017. Went to pick it up on the 5th, they told me should be ready in 45 min. So I waited for over an hour. Still wasn't ready. Came back at 7:40P.M. A cocky male pharmacist told the female we can't do the rx now, it requires punching in a number. They wanted me to pay $50 compared to Walgreens $24 .. nope, will stick to using Walgreens. When I lived In Racine the employees at the Pharmacy at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market were awesome. If you don't like your job find a different career because it's not fair to the customers. The same male pharmacist gave me a wrong prescription in the past as well and tried to blame my doctor. So always make sure you have the right meds!!!!"
