"The pharmacy is awful. Long waiting lines. They don't use the coupons that have NOT expired , no reason was given. Got a new prescription and it was thrust to me with no explanation of side effects or what to take it with. They just do not seem professional or caring. I will ne going back to CVS. If you like to wait forever, and be treated like a parasite then this is the place to go. I would give ZERO stars if possible."
"I am just plain frustrated with ALL Jewel-Osco or any stores in general that require prople to sign into a computer as their only option to receive cost savings on their purchases! What about our seniors or others who are living on a fixed income, or perhaps do not have a computer or know how to use one. It is so wrong and will continue to prevent me from visiting these stores for more than just a few items in an emergency situation."

"My Dr ordered a prescription and I had it sent here. I celled later that day to see if it had come in and they told me it was out of stock. This is soothing they should have called me about immediately so I could check other pharmacies as it was something I needed urgently. Instead, the woman I talked to was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She said it would be in the next day so I called the next day, was put on hold and then told it still wasn't in. Finally I asked them to check other pharmacies which they did but could only check Osco. I ended up going to the cvs in target where they were helpful and nice."
