"Asked if my script was ready. They said didnt have one. Made extra trip to doctors office and he showed me on his computer that he faxed it over. He even said he was tired of Walgreens mishaps! I think they are too lazy to go the extra mile."
"Had 2 medications prescribed after I had to have an emergent tooth pulled. I go 2 hours later and medications aren't ready they say it'll be another 45 minutes to an hour. We decided to just come back cause had nothing to do in town for that long. They finally call me the next day at 3 pm to say it is ready. Go at 6 after work to pick them up and only one of them is ready. And they weren't some crazy off the wall medications just a pain medication and an antibiotic. Good thing they wanted me to start the antibiotic last night"
"New manager was rude and disrespectful. He did not ask if we needed help. Nick needs to learn how provide excellent customer service (it will be a long class for him). When I went to check out he was so inappropriate that he did not even move out of the way so I could pay for the products I bought from his store. Horrible customer service, bad attitude and disrespectful."
"Did express check out for Medications and still had a lengthy wait!! This is the second day of trying to get my Prescriptions!!! There is NO sense of urgency here!! They know that they have what you need and you just have to wait!! I am going to go to another Pharmacy!!!"
