"Heater was very very loud. Had to change rooms, still loud. Could have been due to a deep arctic freeze outside."
"The rooms are nice and clean! Front desk is nice! The complaint I had is when we came to use the pool, it was so cold in there! It had to be at least 55 degrees and the pool was freezing too. No hot tub. Kind of the point of the whole trip and there was a heater but it wasn’t even working. Bummer but a good place to stay if you need a place to sleep!"
"There is no hot tub! Despite the pictures, overview, and details section of Google maps indicating there is a hot tub, there is not. The area in question (shown in older photos) was tiled over. I even called ahead specifically to ask if “the pool and hot tub” were open and the person who answered did not explain there is no hot tub. This business should be responsible and honest and update the “Overview” and “Details” on Google Maps to remove mention of a hot tub, and should remove the photos that show the hot tub. — The business replied saying they have no control - but they have control of the “Overview” and “About” section on Google which both state there is a hot tub. You can also “request to remove” inaccurate photos of your business and Google takes them down, typically within a week."
"Horrible experience. Pictures show a pool and hot tub, staff will tell you how long the pool and hot tub are open, but there was no hot tub. Two different couples came to the hotel for a hot tub but were greated by a tiled over hot tub area. And the pool was cold. I could not get comfortable in our room and was up until 6 am. My wife had an incident during the night and was charged $125 for a new sheet the next day. The manager also bragged about how corporate has had to talk to her in the past, but still let's her represent their chain. It is in walking distance of a lot of chain food stores and Kwik Trip (KT was out of bakery doughnuts for the ride home so we got some Glazers)"
"Wonderful stay super friendly and hospitable. We were there over Christmas weekend, and everything was wonderful. Lovely remodel the King rooms are a little small but nicely appointed."
