Walmart Pharmacy

"I'm currently starting 3rd trimester of pregnancy and have come down with bronchitis. I had to sit there in Delavan Walmart for 2 hours for medication they should have taken care of! The pharmacist was absolutely ruthless making comments such as "you don't pay for your medical care the tax payers do", "you don't seem that sick, you'll be fine", "if you speak poorly about our pharmacy you won't be allowed to pick up prescriptions here" and more! I truly hate when medication gets sent to Walmart because they treat me like this every time regardless of what the medication is for. I was getting so very light headed like I was going to pass out and they really didn't seem to care, again making a comment of "well if you actually pass out then we will do something about it". It truly felt like a complete nightmare trying to get medicine."

"Our pharmacy staff works their butts off. Typically they are friendly but stay on task. Most complaints are because of doctor communication issues and insurance interference. Cut them slack as they’re overworked in a high stress environment."

"I have been judged multiple times for getting certain scripts from here, had the pharma assist rant to me about how she decides "who gets their meds! and who doesn't." I Was told on one occasion, to show up to pick up my script, by the Indian tech who does not speak English well. But works with medications, when I got there he told me that, this was never said... thou he told me on the phone 45 min ago it was ready to be picked up. I swear half that team is a bunch of sociopaths."

"For well over 15 years the Delavan pharmacy has been my family pharmacy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are just fine. If I run out of a prescription, it is MY responsibility to seek the refill from my doctor's office. Always ready to answer my questions. This pharmacy has always been a very busy place and always professional."

"They will not submit fax refill orders. You will literally go weeks without hearing from them. For stuff like BLOOD PRESSURE meds. I had to transfer everything back to Walgreens. They are on the ball at Walgreens. Didn't have a problem for years. I only tried this place to save money and it was a mistake. Buy your ZPac but if you depend on monthly refills then look elsewhere. The staff is way to busy to deal with you."
