"On Sunday, August 27th at 6:15pm, I went to Piggly Wiggly to cash in 2 lottery instant tickets. I was surprised to find the customer service counter closed even though there were 2 young women behind the counter, 1 had dark hair and wore glasses and the other 1 had brown hair and there were 2 young men employees on the other side of the counter shooting the breeze with the young women. There was a green sign on the counter saying this counter is closed and there was a pink sign instructing people they can buy lottery tickets at the machine, but you cannot cash in tickets at the machine. My transaction would have taken a minute. I understand if the woman was on break or a meal break, but then there is no one to cover her break, and like I stated above, there were 4 employees all standing around the customer service counter and nobody could be bothered for a transaction that would have taken 1 minute."
