"Doctor Zoch has treated me and my family members for over 3 years. She has always shown compassion and isn't like the previous psychiatrists I saw that only wrote prescriptions without spending time with you. I highly recommend Dr. Zoch to anyone looking for care for their children, especially. Liz, in her front office, has always been very good about calling us back and giving us the information we needed and is always professional and kind. All around, one of the better experiences I have had with a doctor and their support staff."

That scenario is way too common these days- practice-oriented, not patient-oriented."

"I've been seeing Dr. Zoch for about 4 years and highly recommend her services. She is patient, listens to my questions, seeks my input on symptoms and takes her time discussing my treatment plan. She is also straight forward and direct, which I prefer. I believe that selecting a psychiatrist is more daunting than selecting a primary care physician because it is so personal. Her office staff is very organized and professional. I feel grateful as her patient."

"I’d like to start off with I never leave reviews but mental health is something I take serious 10/10 DO NOT recommend I was seeing Zoch throughout high school! She was highly recommended. I battle severe depression and throughout school I wasn’t really getting out of bed or doing anything so I would miss appointments my parents made for me and instead of her working with me she told me I needed to go to a mental hospital for evaluation. If I didn’t go she was gonna have me admitted. Imagine the affect that had on me and the relationship I had with my parents. She rude, and doesn’t work with you if she doesn’t like you! The old receptionist was really nice but the new one is horrible. Her names Liz. She’s rude as well, I called cause I had a few questions and wanted Zoch to get back to me. She said Zoch doesn’t do that and then argued with me when I said. “You can deliver the message and if she decided to call she can” The only polite thing she did was call me back to tell me Zoch won’t see me because it’s been over a year. Which is fine. Now I’d like to add I’m not perfect but I battled a few things and I was a teenager at the time! Over the few years I saw her she became less and less compassionate! I called to give her a second chance but thank god the receptionist was rude because this place is not considerate of you and how you feel at all! Food for thought. If you want what’s best probably not this place! I agree with the comments from 2-3 years ago. She WAS NICE. But she can become impatient very easily!"

"We only visited Doctor Zoch for a few months. The main thing things I remember are the following: If you are late or miss an appointment, the secretary can be quite rude. She was even condescending. I stopped using the practice after a change in insurance, but I would have changed doctors anyway. It was too far for us to drive. Doctor Zoch does not like to discuss pediatric patients with their parents in front of the patients. I do not see why if what is being said is true. If you are there then you are there to treat or correct problematic behaviors or conditions. We visited the practice for my oldest son. The office was not a good fit for us, but your experience may be different. Do not be late."
