"The doctors are great. However, the office staff are not! You cannot get someone on the phone since it is all automated. The best you can do is leave a message and calls are returned the next day, possibly end of business same day. Trying to get a refill is ridiculous as office staff block you from getting that info to your doctor. I literally had a medical assistant tell me you have to see the doctor every 3 months to be eligible for a refill, and I saw him 6 weeks ago. Really? A medical assistant is determining whether my meds should be refilled, not the doctor? Thankfully my doctor left this organization because of the poor customer service patients were receiving."

"I was really impressed With the quality of the service. Making an appointment was really easy and the staff were very attentive. I filled out all my forms online. And it was easy rather than having to deal with all the paperwork on your first visit to a doctor's office. I was able to have a virtual appointment as this is an option if you are not able to meet in person. And my doctor is excellent. I really like him!"
