"Melodi Parker is amazing! Never could I imagine what took me years to work out, God provided instructions to her to assist with bring me healing in a matter of months. I can admit I was Williston put in the work and be open yo this process. I’m still working on me and will continue to do so with her assistance."
"Melodi came to speak with our group of women. She provided very helpful information about mental health and even stayed over the time originally scheduled to listen to the women! Multiple women felt safe and opened up about some of their mental issues. Melodi was so good that our group is requesting to hear her speak again. I highly recommend Melodi and her team."
"I DO NOT recommend! They’re not organized AT ALL. My therapist Latreece Ross sent appt reminders for wrong days and times, and I would have to remind her of our agreed upon time. Payments for services weren’t processed in a timely manner, and once I discontinued services with my therapist due to her unprofessional response and attitude when I inquired about when she’d be processing payment from my account and paid out my balance in full, Mending Broken Pieces began sending me invoices via text stating that I have a $20 past due balance. I reached out to Latreece, the therapist, via text message regarding not owing a balance and she confirmed via text that I don’t owe a balance and would speak to the owner of Mending Broken Pieces to let her know. Well, that conversation must not have taken place, because I STILL received a text message weeks later, and received a letter in the mail from them as well, although I have physical proof that I don’t owe a balance from insurance and my own financial records this place is still reaching out about a balance. PLEASEEE bypass this place for therapy services. They are not organized, apparently don’t communicate, and can’t keep up with their bookkeeping correctly."
