"I will not be going back. My therapist Heather is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I have literally been trying to get my meds (that she changed and prescribed) for 2 weeks and she will not respond to the pharmacy. I called twice and she will not respond to the person that is leaving her follow up messages in her office! Careless and dangerous when it comes to mental health."

"This review is not over the doctor itself. I was referred here, had to call 6 times for them to answer only 1 call. The first time they said they would have the scheduler call me back waited a couple weeks and nothing. Called again. Had to call 3 times over a couple hour period to finally get them to answer a call get told oh the guy in on the phone with someone right now. Told them I would hold. Finally get to him and they only thing they tell me is oh you need to fill it out online. Trying to fill it out online is a joke. They want you to use an actual computer to fill this form out. I don’t just have a copy of my insurance card and ID stashed away on a computer. This has been more of a waste of time trying to even get an appointment here. I feel like they don’t want patients."

"I absolutely love Dr. Kazi. I have no problem with her. However, after covid they had to put me with her practitioner. All of a sudden my medicine was being changed after four years. Did not even try to wing me off and sent me into a withdrawal frenzy to where i thought i was going crazy. Was also told i'm showing signs of a personality disorder, which after switching to another doctor, this is not true. The problem was the medication withdrawal and high anxiety. Also, this office charges very different. They loophole and instead of charging a straight $40 copay, they add an extra $25 for the visit as well. I talked to my insurance company and they said technically it is legal but its not the best interest for the patient. I'm now content with going to the VA now that i'm able to have that option recently. Those who have served, know what I mean when i'm surprised that I get more help from them than I did here. Will not be going back. If you can see Dr. Kazi, its worth it. But if you cant, i do not recommend."

"Dr. Kazi is perceptive and intelligent. She's also friendly and helpful. She's an excellent physician. But after being her patient for two years, I had to find someone else because I never got anyone from her office to call me back. I phoned and left a message, I sent an e-mail, and two letters through the post office; I got nothing back. In my last letter, I asked if she was still in business. It's unfortunate that she has such poor office support."
