"ABSOLUTELY NO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!!! My sister after leaving ER was waiting for her med and the pharmacist called her up to explain insurance and told her the wait would be 20 mins well explaining insurance to someone who just got out of ER for the 2nd time in less than 24 much less still in effects of pain meds didn’t understand so asked her mom to go see what she said and when I say this pharmacy manager snapped she snapped rudest of all rude!!! My mom went up and asked and the pharmacist was like did your daughter not listen I already explained this to her and before my mom could say anything she was said with the biggest attitude WHERES THE PATIENT!! She was sitting down bc she’s beyond sore and doesn’t feel good if not about to toss her cookies my mom explained to her and she’s said YOU KNOW WHAT I ALREADY EXPLAINED THIS TO HER YOU SHOULD BE ASKING HER IM NOT GOING OVER THIS AGAIN ASK YOUR DAUGHTER WHAT SHE WAS TOLD TALK TO YOUR DAUGHTER ABOUT IT! After mom apologized to her if she was having a bad day or anything she was sorry she just simply wanted to make things clear as for my sister wasn’t making much sense! so after rudely explaining to my mom we walked away until it was ready to be paid for, with a 20 min wait and about 5 mins remaining they went and took a seat at the bench to wait and she came around and told them I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU 20 MINS! And walked back to her office and shut the door! My mom yet again not in the wrong apologies and the assistant called them up rang them out and my mom said to tell her she was sorry if she was having a bad and and the assistant told my mom they were fine that was just her!!! EXTREMELY UNCALLED FOR AND BEYOND RUDE!! I don’t wish anyone to be fired but heaven for bid if you hate your job find something else there’s no need to treat customers like this!!!"

"Absolutely the rudest people to talk to. Even trying to get simple information on a dog’s prescription. Twice in two days both women were extremely rude starting the conversation."

"Friendly, fast, checkout. Was not waiting in line forever. Pharmacist was friendly along with her staff. She made sure I understood what my medicine was for and how to take it. First time user of this pharmacy and the team made it easy enough that I will return back. Thanks"

"Pharmacy technicians that worked the front desk and handled my prescriptions are generally courteous and helpful. The female pharmacist, Teresa, however is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I went to pick up my prescription like I always do on a monthly basis and she was behind the middle island/divider. Before I could even say"Hello" to the pharmacy technician, she gave me an evil stare and ordered me to "JUST WAIT" like I was a little child. The pharmacy technician sensed the incredibly rude greeting I received and quickly attended to my simple request to pick up my monthly prescriptions. The technician was kind and efficient, and when she asked me if I needed to speak to the pharmacist about my medications, I easily said "No"."
