"Was down in IL for the weekend and forgot to pick up my meds before I came down. I was told they could not only transfer them but I'd be able to pick them up the same day at 3. I came in at 5 and they hadn't filled any of them. They told me to wait 30 mins and come back which I did only to be told they couldn't accept out of state insurance. They asked me where it is was coming from the first time I was there. They knew it was out of state and still decided to do all of that."

"It would be 5 stars however, Stacy in pharmacy brings it down to 4. She is rude, disrespectful and lazy. Today, we tried to pick up my meds and Stacy was just standing there, looking right at me. She never waited on me, just stood there. Another technician was busy on the phone. I waited for Stacy but she went where I couldn't see her & came right back. She just stood back there looking stupid, so I told her " well I'm not standing here for nothing" and left. She never tried to wait on me. She needs to be fired."

"Garbage customer service. They fill whatever prescriptions they want . They usually short you by 2 or 3 pills. They think they're doctors. They're idiots."
